Job description
- The main role is providing high quality technical services to the targeted customers for demand creation in the market.
- Actively and independently having sales calls to targeted farms, KOLs and industrial associations to build a strong networking and business relationship to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Closely working with sales team, marketing, and regional technical team internally
- Achievement of sales target in the territory
- Communication and cooperation with TSRs and key dealers in the territory
- Actively visiting targeted farms to implement solutions in the farm accordingly.
- Regularly providing product training to the key dealers and technical training to TSRs
- Giving a presentation with updated technical information and product positioning at the seminars
- Industrial networking and key account management
- Building a strong business relationship with veterinarians who are working in the swine industry.
- Implementation of the company’s strategy to assigned key accounts.
- Collect filed data (market trends, swine issues, customer feedback, etc.) and actively participating in the company’s planning process for strategic planning.
- Project management
- Actively and independently conduct assigned projects and completion with the final report.
- Conducting field trials and analyze the data with publications.
- Collaboration with RA/marketing/regional team for successful project management
- Ensure all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Essentials
- Functional Knowledge: Product knowledge, technical expertise, customer relationship management, project management
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills: Collaboration, Consultation and Presentation
- Leadership Behaviors: Focus on customers, drive results, demonstrate ethics and integrity
- License / Certificate: DVM license, Driver’s license
