概要：

家禽孵化厅技术服务经理聚焦于建立我们公司的家禽孵化厅整体的技术服务体系，特别是孵化厅免疫设备供应体系的建立，包括免疫设备的整体布局规划，安装，维护与优化。

该岗位确保我们的家禽事业部在孵化厅的技术服务体系是领先的，包括免疫设备的布局与运营是合理的且高效的。该岗位确保与供应商，客户及团队内部成员保持良好的合作与沟通，以确保公司战略的可及性。

关键职责：

• 良好的家禽孵化厅工作经验，以统筹的能力规划默沙东家禽客户孵化厅服务体系的建立；
• 领导我们家禽孵化厅免疫设备的供应与维护，跨部门良好的合作以确保关键客户获得优质的设备与服务；
• 建立家禽孵化厅免疫设备服务培训体系，以确保高质量的培训与服务客户，促使客户 系统掌握关联的孵化厅免疫设备的使用与维护方法；
• 建立家禽孵化厅免疫设备的供应链，并与供应链保持良好的合作关系；
• 基于家禽业务发展的需求与年度的预算，合理规划孵化厅免疫设备的布局；
• 加强与亚太区及全球总部的沟通，以确保总部的服务策略落地执行，并及时反馈中国区的具体意见；
• 领导我们的家禽孵化厅MAPP365服务工具，以确保客户层面获得持续的改进，并与客户管理层保持定期的反馈与沟通。

基本要求:

• 教育背景：动物科学、动物医学、机械设备等关联专业本科以上学历；
• 语言能力：英语沟通能力，听说读写；
• 专业技能：良好的家禽孵化厅现场能力，有家禽孵化厅工作履历；深入了解家禽孵化厅免疫设备的运营与管理；
• 工作方式：积极主动，擅长团队合作。
