Job Description:

As part of the Policy & Comms department, a Policy & Market Access Manager Vaccination will deliver effective external key s-holder engagement fulfilling strategic objectives in area of HPV, pneumococcal and RSV vaccination. The role will act as a business partner to the Polish Policy & Communication Team [approx. 60%] as well as Polish Market Access Team [approx. 40%].

What You’ll Do:

• Co-develop, implement, and lead actions aimed at effective shaping of the health care policy and systemic changes which bridge disparities in accessing innovative immunization portfolio, in particular:

  • Contribution to the planning of strategic actions and key stakeholder partnerships to be endorsed and pursued based on the long-term strategy of Policy & Communication and Market Access Teams;

  • Participation in regular and current project activities undertaken by Policy & Communication and Market Access Teams;

  • Extensive support / ownership of selected Policy and Market Access projects:

  • Co-preparing the Key Massages dedicated to internal and external s-holders;

  • Updating and monitoring information regarding Vaccination landscape in Poland, including key players, main events and taken actions;

  • Data analysis and support in preparation of value narrative based on data;

  • Administrative support of undertaken projects and initiatives in required our Company's systems.
    

• The scope of duties entails creating and promoting robust partnerships with external stakeholders [NGOs, PAGs, health care KOLs, DMs, industry associations] to foster initiatives related to accelerating access to innovation and enhancing the company’s trust and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• establishing and reinforcing the company’s position among relevant stakeholders,
  including policy makers, third parties and media;

• increasing key external bodies’ awareness of added value of innovative RSV and pneumococcal vaccination putting it on the decisions makers’ radar;

• developing robust strategic and operational plans based on an in-depth
  understanding of the government/political systems and processes;

• developing campaigns to demonstrate an alternative to the status quo;

• exercising oversight of external environment to create an “Early Warning System” addressing major challenges and opportunities;

• securing agreements with third parties to advance business goals;

• fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure full alignment of set goals and exclusion of the silo approach;

• utilizing relevant channels to ensure relevant business messages are conveyed;

• acting in compliance of communications aligned with the Company regulations and standards.

You should apply if you have:

• 7 years of experience in policy analysis and campaigns, working on healthcare issues or the policy environments that surround them;

• Experience in working in projects related to the area of Market Access expertise

• Elite communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

• Adaptive and flexible in approach towards people, challenges and tasks;

• Effectively communicates key data, including presentations to management – tailors the message to the audience;

• Displays data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy;

• Customer oriented – ability to recognize business needs and translate them into simple, efficient solutions;

• University degree;

• Full proficiency in Polish and English.
