Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Inmonology Medical Manager with a strong background in immunology and vaccines to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive medical plan that aligns with regional and local medical directorates. You will work closely with a cross-functional team dedicated to vaccines, including access, policy, commercial, and health systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the medical plan for vaccines, ensuring alignment with regional and local strategies.
  • Foster scientific exchange by creating value narratives for each vaccine in our portfolio, collaborating with the health systems team.
  • Conduct data gap analyses in the vaccines area and design local research projects to address identified gaps.
  • Implement practical initiatives with speakers, scientific leaders, and the medical community, utilizing scientific dissemination forums and expert group discussions.
  • Capture relevant insights from interactions with key stakeholders to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to labor development responsibilities in the immunology area as needed.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a medical or health-related field; specialization in immunology or vaccines is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Medical, Access, or Policy areas with a focus on vaccines.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with scientific leaders and decision-makers in the public sector and medical organizations.
  • Strong clinical research skills in immunology and/or vaccines.
  • Mastery of English at the university level.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
