Production Technologist

Join a trusted global leader in Animal Health as a Production Technologist. This permanent, full-time opportunity allows you to apply your skills in manufacturing intermediates (media & antigen) and final vaccine materials in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Manufacturing: Perform activities related to the production of intermediates and final vaccines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and regulatory standards.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Prepare, operate, and maintain laboratory and mechanical equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Compliance: Follow SOPs, maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and ensure GMP compliance across all activities.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production targets are met and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in investigations, CAPAs, and audits. Support the introduction of new processes or technologies to enhance production efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic processes, and quality systems.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with basic data analysis capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
