Our company’s Digital Activation – Consumer Team within the HHDDA Asia Pacific organization is seeking a rockstar intern to assist with a combination of projects, creating measurable business impact. The role offers an opportunity to lead and understand how a multi-market team functions and help in planning and executing for H2 2025, across different aspects of digital, data, and consumer activation initiatives across influencers, media, and partnerships.
Examples of key projects that the intern could work on include:
Media-IQ 2026 – Shape the operating model for 2026 with 2025 learnings on Digital Activation team for processes, vendor selection/onboarding, market engagement and roll out
UX-fit – Drive unique offline consumer experiences for in-clinic activation and consumer events
Required Experience and Skills:
- Data-driven, has a critical thinking mindset, is curious by nature and has a proactive can-do attitude
- Solid analytics and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively
- Excellent ability to drill down to understand details, synthesize, and communicate succinctly to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with an ability to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to broad audiences
- Innovative thinking with affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk-taking
Preferred Experience and Skills (not mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of data visualization software such as Power BI / Qlik / Spotfire or other BI technologies;
