JoB Description Market Access Strategy

Tasks:

  • Contribute to the profitable growth of the business:
    • Give support to the Market Access Manager in the negotiation with payers
    • Optimizing the access of the prioritized products in the Key HMOs & Prepaid
    • Main point of contact between key areas such as Medical, Marketing, Finance, Sales, among others.
  • Promote for a culture where the needs of our internal and external clients are understood, as well as the demands of the health sector to provide high quality pharmaceutical evidence to generate arguments of value by inverted weight that favor the access of our products
  • Develop/Adapt Value Proposition for the priority products (scientific & HE data + Key Message)
  • Contribute in the generation of objectives, strategies and tactics to do in each Key Accounts
  • Work early with the new products in order to ensure faster inclusion in the HMOs
  • Prepare and coordinate with other areas the information requested by health systems
  • Ensures that all final deliverables are of high scientific quality and are presented in a way that supports the local market access strategy
  • Develop new ways of reimbursement through innovative contracts with the objective of accelerating the inclusion of new products.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders in order to implement the objectives of Market Access (Medical, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc) & stimulate networking. Coordinate the consolidation of information within the Company and ensure timely submission
  • Promote the value of the innovation in the whole Health Care System

Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years in either an Access position or somewhere within the Health Care System

Education: College degree in Health Science, Economy, Marketing, Business Administration, Accountant, Attorney, Engineer.

A Masters degree will be a plus.
