As a Strategy Management Technology Partner within Enterprise IT (EIT), you will serve as the key interface between enterprise strategy management platform and the teams who rely on it to drive strategy planning, alignment, and performance. You’ll support our enterprise business partners by enabling them to use the platform effectively, resolving challenges, and adapting it to diverse strategic and operational use cases. You’ll also contribute to improving our processes and supporting platform evolution by combining user feedback with your hands-on understanding of platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
User enablement & support
- Become a subject matter expert in the strategy execution platform and its configuration
- Deliver user education, onboarding, and training sessions tailored to specific team needs
- Maintain knowledge documentation and communicate product updates and best practices
User engagement & community
- Build and sustain an active internal user community by organizing forums, sharing tips, and surfacing common challenges and wins
- Act as the voice of the user internally—gather insights, collect feedback, and represent user needs in discussions with platform owners
- Foster a sense of shared ownership and engagement across user teams through consistent communication and visibility of platform evolution
Business process adaptation
- Translate business needs into actionable platform configurations or workarounds
- Support teams in executing OKR (Objectives and Key Results), business review and other strategy-related processes in the platform
- Act as a sparring partner for teams to improve their workflows and tool adoption
Platform technical enablement
- Support the delivery and ongoing management of technical capabilities including SSO, user provisioning, integrations, and AI-related assessments
- Collaborate with internal architecture, security, and compliance teams to ensure platform configurations meet enterprise standards
Operational troubleshooting
- Investigate user-reported issues and determine root causes
- Collaborate with product leads, technical teams, or vendors to resolve platform problems
- Track patterns in feedback and propose sustainable solutions
Vendor and roadmap management
- Serve as a liaison with the platform vendor to communicate needs, raise issues, and align on upcoming features
- Actively contribute to vendor roadmap discussions by representing internal business requirements and identifying functional gaps
- Track vendor commitments and influence product development based on real user challenges and enterprise priorities
- Ensure open issues, requests, and enhancements are prioritized and followed up with appropriate urgency.
- Maintain internal platform backlog and enhancement roadmap, incorporating user feedback, compliance needs, and strategic goals
- Stay current with industry trends, digital workplace innovations, and best practices to identify potential opportunities for improvement
What you bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in technical analysis, digital product support, or business process improvement
- Understanding of digital platforms related to strategy execution, productivity and work management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly and translate them into user-friendly experiences
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across business domains
