Job Description
Put marketing strategy into action as you lead the development of our customer experience and campaign planning. Leveraging your strong understanding of our customer insights, you'll shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently lead our agency and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources and relevant content. This is your chance to use your digital knowledge to employ new technologies and new channels developing customer-experience best practices and targeting, to achieve an optimal customer experience. Employing AGILE practices and a test and learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, architecture, internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way. From creative development to approval and delivery to market, you'll have a hand in the process. And a lot to say about the final product.
As a key member of our Digital Engagement Team, the Architect translates customer signals into meaningful, measurable marketing action. You’ll support omnichannel media strategy, turn hypotheses into testable plans, and insights into scaled impact. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and third-party media vendors, you will support the media plan end to end—from KPI design and measurement strategy to activation, optimization, and storytelling that influences decisions.
Your day-to-day spans upstream planning and downstream analytics. You will co-develop the right KPIs, ensure data capture is enabled across assets and platforms, pull and analyze data to deliver timely reporting. In this role, you will have an opportunity to mine customer-level engagement data across channels to surface what matters—what’s working, what’s waste, and what to do next—and narrate those findings in clear, business-focused terms that drive in-flight optimizations and smarter next campaigns.
