Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing training and communication plans both globally and within the LATAM markets regarding technology changes, launches and adoption. You will also participate in various projects to create an end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs, communications, marketing and training.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting and communicating with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements

Plan, prepare and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training for end users

Create support materials and marketing collateral, including videos and user guides

Create communication and marketing content for assigned projects and operations

Work with subject-matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of training and communication content

Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users

Continuously analyse and challenge end-to-end processes, make recommendations and apply enhancements

Champion and promote team’s strategy with stakeholders and throughout the organization

Create and maintain working relationship with current and new regional stakeholders

Become an advanced user of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 technologies

Required Experience and Skills:

· Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish reading/writing/ speaking

· Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate technical and non-technical topics to general user audience in a clear, concise manner

· Proven experienced in creation and delivery of engaging end-user training

· Proficiency in creating written, customer-focused communications; content editing and proofreading

· Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite – especially MS Teams, MS Office, including OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.

· Strong collaboration skills and experience of working with global teams, both business clients and IT, at all levels

· Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a timely and efficient manner

· Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills and a good team player as well as individual contributor

· Proven ability to learn new technologies.
