Job Description
We are looking for a talented Professional Sales Specialist for Kaohsiung & Pingtung territory in Oncology team. Major Account are KSVGH& KMUH.
Our Oncology team is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide. Our team of forward-thinking individuals achieve this through an unwavering commitment to support accessibility to medicine, providing new therapeutic solutions, and collaborating with governments and payers to ensure that people who need medicines have access to them. Our focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with cancer across the globe.
Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Leverage detailing materials and company resources to effectively achieve annual sales target
- Strengthen relationships with relevant customers and transfer product knowledge
- Set qualitative and quantitative work objectives
- Adequately and effectively plan weekly work and client visits
- Execute quarterly action plans by yourself or with colleagues, including cross function team like MKT/Medical/COS, in line with the company's annual strategy
- Be agile to engage with stakeholders with digital or different formats of tool to deliver corporate/product message
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Good at Office softwares such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc
- Basic English ability is required, especially in listening and reading
- Possess the characteristics of being proactive and able to independently develop the market in related fields
- Willingness to accept changes and challenges
- Experience with Breast Cancer / Urothelial cancer and medical oncology is preferred
- Driving license is required
