Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Audiologist to join our team in a fully remote role serving patients connected to our Torrance, CA clinic. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere while still engaging in high-level clinical care through teleaudiology and remote technology.
The ideal candidate will have ENT clinic experience, be comfortable working with cochlear implants (CI), and be highly tech-savvy. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with our ENT partners, recommending tailored hearing solutions, and providing exceptional follow-up care—all through virtual platforms and connected technology.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, with a focus on complex cases.

Perform cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up care using teleaudiology tools.

Fit and adjust hearing aids remotely, including real-ear verification via connected systems.

Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, CI options, and other treatment pathways.

Provide ongoing remote support and device adjustments.

Collaborate virtually with ENT physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Participate in virtual patient education and community outreach as needed.
Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.).

California Audiology License and dispensing license.

ENT clinical experience required.

Proficiency with cochlear implant programming and remote follow-up care.

Strong technical skills and comfort with advanced hearing technology and teleaudiology platforms.
