Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Audiologist to join our team in a hybrid role at our Torrance, CA clinic. This position offers the best of both worlds—onsite several days a week working directly with patients, combined with remote work several days a week for flexibility and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have ENT clinic experience, be comfortable working with cochlear implants (CI), and be highly tech-savvy. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with our ENT partners, recommending tailored hearing solutions, and providing exceptional follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, with a focus on complex cases.

Perform cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up care.

Fit and dispense hearing aids, including real-ear measurements and verification.

Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, CI options, and other treatment pathways.

Provide ongoing support and adjustments for hearing devices.

Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Participate in patient education and community outreach as needed.
Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.).

California Audiology License (or ability to obtain).

ENT clinical experience required.

Proficiency with cochlear implant programming and follow-up.

Strong technical skills and comfort with advanced hearing technology.
