Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Audiologist to join our team in a hybrid role at our Torrance, CA clinic. This position offers the best of both worlds—onsite several days a week working directly with patients, combined with remote work several days a week for flexibility and work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have ENT clinic experience, be comfortable working with cochlear implants (CI), and be highly tech-savvy. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, collaborating with our ENT partners, recommending tailored hearing solutions, and providing exceptional follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations for patients of all ages, with a focus on complex cases.

  • Perform cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and follow-up care.

  • Fit and dispense hearing aids, including real-ear measurements and verification.

  • Counsel patients and families on hearing loss, CI options, and other treatment pathways.

  • Provide ongoing support and adjustments for hearing devices.

  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and clinic staff to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

  • Participate in patient education and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.).

  • California Audiology License (or ability to obtain).

  • ENT clinical experience required.

  • Proficiency with cochlear implant programming and follow-up.

  • Strong technical skills and comfort with advanced hearing technology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
