The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team member who is a self-starter, learns quickly and shows a keen interest in technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing training and communication plans both globally and within the EMEA markets regarding technology changes, launches and adoption. You will also participate in various projects to create an end-to-end user experience, including customer-focused awareness programs, communications, marketing, and training.

What will you do?

  • Meeting and communicating with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training for end users.
  • Create support materials and marketing collateral, including videos and user guides.
  • Create communication and marketing content for assigned projects and operations.
  • Work with subject-matter experts to ensure quality and accuracy of training and communication content.
  • Determine appropriate channels to share information with end-users.
  • Continuously analyze and challenge end-to-end processes, make recommendations and apply enhancements.
  • Champion and promote team’s strategy with stakeholders and throughout the organization.
  • Create and maintain working relationship with current and new regional stakeholders.
  • Become an advanced user of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 technologies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing and technology training
  • Fluency in English Reading/Writing/ Speaking
  • Demonstrated record of proficiency and effectiveness in creating written, customer-focused communications; content editing and proofreading
  • Ability to communicate complex, technical & non-technical information in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience of working with cross-functional team globally, both business clients and IT, at all levels
  • Experience with creation and delivery of end-user trainings
  • General overview of IT and client computing
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 – especially MS Office, SharePoint, Teams & Planner, etc.
  • Interest in marketing, current trends in communications and channels, and user experience
  • Creative and innovative thinking, proactive approach, sound organizational skills and good team player
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies

Nice to have

  • Advanced user knowledge of Office 365; Cisco and Windows 10 technologies
  • Native English speaker or English C1 level or higher
  • Photoshop CC or similar tool experience
  • Video making & editing experience
  • Project Management experience
