Job Description
The Pet Clinic Sales East is responsible for developing a sustained collaborative relationship with East Indonesia customers through identifying business opportunities via increase product distribution, recruit new customers, and maintain customers by excellent product recommendation and developing their business. In addition, the role is also tasked to develop company’s business plan to accelerate sales growth and deliver KPI which contributes to overall growth.
Responsibilities
Responsible for East Indonesia market growth by achieving sales fundamental targets in the area (pursue sales lead, collect order and payment, visit customers, increase vet clinic coverage, active customers and number of SKUs distributed per customers), lead and execute companion animal strategy according to plan, and pro-actively identifying opportunity and mitigating risks to achieve growth objectives.
Create, plan and execute product knowledge to increase vet customer capability through Scientific In-House Training, Small Group Discussion, Seminars and Non-Vet Basic preventive animal healthcare and product development on new products, product improvements and services to meet customer needs
Review marketing activity plan and recommend engaging content for pet owner, pet association or other stakeholders to create product demand in vet clinics
Ensure the effective distribution and visibility of companion animal products in VET clinics according to applicable policy
Build customer engagement and development at all levels by representing our company to customers on relevant issues and concerns,
Build action plan initiatives, proposals and recommendation to develop customers to achieve growth objectives
Provide timely and accurate market information, analyze information and sales distribution metrics, customer demands, and forecasting sales plan to be translated as a report
Establish sales plans, prioritize and schedule day to day activities through MAXX, to ensure that the assigned target are met and to implement sales automation to achieve companion animal strategy and objectives
Report any AEs, ADEs or PQC that become aware of to DPOC within one (1) business day or no later than three (3) calendar days (whichever is shorter) from the date of receipt
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and/or in Science, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Pharmaceutical background
Good analytical & presentation skills, literate in computer skills
Good communication skills; Excellent communication (both written & oral) in English
Minimum of 2 years in sales/field operation position and/or 2 years as vet practitioner
Open to frequent travels and fieldwork
Customer and result oriented with proven ability to work independently
Reactive for changes, i.e., promptly understand changing situations and take reasonable actions
