Team Leader (INDUSTRIAL)

Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can apply your skills in machine operation and production?

• Permanent, Full-time – Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits

• Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

• Location: Murarrie, Queensland

• Team Size: 4–8 (flexes with project demands)

• Growth & Development: Upskill in a supportive, trusted global Animal Health company

What You Will Do

• Lead and support a team of production operators and supervisors across shifts

• Oversee production to meet schedules—learn, operate, and troubleshoot machines as needed

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (OEE, yield, waste reduction) and drive performance

• Manage team rosters, recruitment, training, and performance feedback

• Maintain production planning and ERP system updates

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and lean manufacturing principles

• Identify and implement improvements in procedures, machinery, and training

What You Must Have

• Proven experience leading teams in a production environment

• Strong machine operation knowledge and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent time management, organisation, and leadership abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

• Ability to collaborate and drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting
