Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Insight and Intelligence: Gain insights on precision medicine market dynamics and competitor activities. Initiate and participate in marketing surveys. Keep the team updated on relevant policies, guidelines, and new industry initiatives.
- Strategy Development: Develop strategic plans for precision medicine within OBU related indications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and track strategy implementation from a precision medicine perspective.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop materials, and design training programs in line with strategic objectives to highlight the value of precision medicine.
- Early-Stage Initiatives: Create and develop early-stage initiatives, from business case formulation to commercial strategy development, to support overall business goals.
- Alliance and Partnership Management: Collaborate with key business partners and alliances to ensure successful execution of plans.
- Biomarker Launch Readiness: Prepare launch readiness strategies for biomarkers associated with new indications or assets.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in biology, medicine, or pharmacy.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or medical roles. Experience in oncology drugs or diagnostics is preferred.
- Innovation and Commercialization: Proven track record of creating novel solutions with measurable value for existing or potential customers, from pilot phase to commercialization.
- Campaign Design and Implementation: Demonstrated expertise in the design and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Personal Attributes: Passionate, innovative, and business-savvy, with a keen understanding of new market dynamics.
- Networking and Partnerships: Ability to build and maintain effective networks and partnerships.
- Compliance and Integrity: Strong adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
- Language Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
