准入策略制定与执行

• 牵头制定DIA产品的NEDL准入策略，推动基药准入

​安全运营策略

• 制定成熟产品的安全运营策略，包括院内保留列名及在院内管控期间推动解限，确保产品院内最大化患者可及性

​跨部门协作与项目管理

• 主导安全运营相关项目的全流程管理，包括设计，立项，落地及执行，确保关键KPI达成
• 协调内外部资源，推动安全运营策略一致性并落地整合实施

​内容设计与培训赋能

• 设计安全运营及EDL准入相关的核心材料，如政策解读工具包等，确保内容符合公司合规要求
• 组织内部培训与外部专家沟通会，提升团队对安全运营及准入政策的认知与执行能力
