产品列名准入策略制定与执行

• 牵头制定重点增长产品的列名准入策略，包括不同列名场景的路径规划。
• 挖掘成熟产品的潜在列名机会，通过市场分析、政策解读及竞品对标，识别高可行性列名点。
• 结合国家及地方政策动态，制定差异化的准入策略并推动落地

跨部门协同与资源整合

• 与政府事务部、医学部、销售部等部门协作，就列名策略达成共识，确保策略与公司整体目标一致
• 协调内外部资源，推动策略执行

数据驱动与效果评估

• 建立列名准入效果评估体系，定期输出市场准入洞察报告，通过数据分析优化策略

项目管理与材料设计

• 搭建并管理列名准入项目全流程，包括立项、执行、监控及复盘，确保关键节点按时达成。
• 设计列名相关核心材料（如医院准入沟通工具包、政策解读PPT等），确保内容合规
