#Entrepreneurial Business Unit

工作职责：

• 在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的目标业绩，市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用
• 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率，制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施
• 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
• 保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系
• 挖掘现有市场潜力，并不断开发潜在市场，保证公司产品市场占有率的增长
• 执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划
• 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品
