Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented candidate for the position of Junior Market Access and HEOR Manager to join our team at our company. This role is an excellent opportunity for professional development in the impactful area of market access and is suitable also for candidates at the beginning of their professional careers. The successful candidate will contribute to market access and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) activities, supporting the value proposition of our innovative medicines and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of market access strategies to ensure timely and optimal access to our products.
- Assist in analyzing, customize, and transforming economic and clinical data into clear, compelling messages
- Assist in conducting health economics and outcomes research to demonstrate the value of our products to health technology assessment (HTA) agency, payers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to align market access and HEOR activities with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and health technology assessment (HTA) submissions to relevant authorities.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare policy and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges for our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Provide support to internal teams on market access and HEOR topics.
- Understanding of statistics and execution of basic data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in health economics, public health, pharmacy, or a related field (natural sciences, statistics, mathematics); advanced degree preferred.
- Recent graduates with strong motivation and talent are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of the Czech healthcare system and reimbursement processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Czech languages.
