Position: Manager, Internal Communications
Report to: Associate Director, Internal Communications Leader
Location: Shanghai, China
Position Summary
The Internal Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our WOF+ strategy communication. This role involves managing the internal WOF+ hub, creating newsletters, leading editorial board and supporting key internal projects like the Annual Meeting and townhall.
Key Responsibilities:
WOF+ Strategy Communication Management
- Develop and produce newsletters focused on WOF+ strategy. Select engaging content that effectively communicates the strategy, its progress, and any relevant updates or success stories through the whole organization.
- Be responsible for producing the WOF+ newsletter, maintaining the WOF+ hub and WOF+ WeChat account, as well as handling executive’s all - staff message for the IC project.
Internal Event Management
- Partner with Project leader to deliver the holistic internal event like the Annual Meeting and townhall.
- Own specific pillars for Annual Meeting, such as logistic agency management.
Editorial Board Leadership
- Lead cross-functional Editorial Board to enhance creative and inspiring employee engagement
- Set outcomes and engagement mechanism. Organize meetings, assign tasks, and guide board members.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industries.
- Internal Comms experience is a plus, covering internal communication platform management, employee event management, and executive communications.
Skills
- Exceptional Mandarin and English writing skills; can create clear, accurate, and persuasive written content.
- Skilled in managing internal communication platforms, such as newsletters and editorial board, managing tasks, timelines, budgets, and resolving issues.
- Proficient at collaborating with creative agencies to create highly engaging internal event content.
- Excellent partnership and collaboration skills to serve as a reliable business partner.
