Job Description

主要职责：

1、经销商管理：

Ø 深入洞察大区疫苗市场动态、竞争对手情况及客户等信息，制定大区业务规划和目标，带领团队协同合作伙伴智飞完成大区目标，实现业务的可持续增长。

Ø 与智飞区域管理团队紧密合作，共同制定管理机制，包括定期沟通机制、辖区管理机制、业务跟进机制等，确保关键目标达成一致和执行落地。

Ø 通过定期参与智飞月会/季度会、随访，评估经销商一线销售人员的基本能力，协助智飞区域总经理制定智飞团队专业能力提升和赋能计划，以支持辖区计划的落地执行。

2、客户管理和生态搭建：

Ø 管理大区内有影响力的疾控领域专家，发展区域KOL及讲者，建立长期合作关系

Ø 助力疫苗生态体系的建立和完善，协同智飞在大区内优化渠道管理，确保供货通畅，完善和推广标准化的疫苗接种服务流程，推动建立线上线下预约和科普体系

Ø 协同跨部门推进在大区内PIP/CIP等重大项目落地，推动校园及企业大客户接种，私立医院等创新渠道建设

3、人员管理：

Ø 以团队绩效为目标，提供对团队成员的辅导与反馈，帮助团队成员提升绩效，带领团队完成目标。

Ø 通过高质量的人才甄选和盘点，建立人才库，并针对不同人才制定相应的发展计划

Ø 结合团队要求和员工特点，制定和给予有效的团队激励，营造积极的团队氛围，打造良性的团队文化

4、合规管理：

- 确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度。

- 保证团队和区域内合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求。

任职要求：

1. 医药或营销相关专业本科学历以上，5年以上医药行业团队管理经验，理解疾控体系运作逻辑，疫苗行业经验优先；

2. 优秀的影响力，能够有效影响内外部关键决策者和客户，建立长期合作关系

3. 具有良好的业务分析能力，擅长业务诊断、策略制定和推动

4. 良好的团队管理能力，能够有效搭建、管理和激励团队

5. 主动担当，具有良好的学习能力和催化变革的能力
