Join Our Team as a Vaccines Account Manager!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? As a Vaccines Account Manager (VAM), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing strategies for our innovative specialty products. You will engage with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that strengthen our partnerships.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies across designated accounts. Your insights into the competitive landscape and customer contracting strategies will be crucial in seizing growth opportunities and enhancing our franchise business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and marketing strategies for specialty products based on account opportunities.
- Accountable for business development and performance by understanding the accounts’ ecosystem and important stakeholders.
- Monitor data analytics and the purchasing process in alignment with each franchise brand's priorities.
- Collaborate with the extended company field team and business unit cross-functional teams to ensure strategic implementation and pull-through on designated accounts.
- Identify and address customer needs at multiple levels to generate solutions that enhance partnerships.
- Stay informed about competitor approaches and customers' contracting strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience related to client management, influencing customers, and key leaders in industries.
- Communication skills, must be fluent in Spanish and have at least advanced business working proficiency in English.
- Preferred experience with customers and products related to hospitals, managed care organizations, or the pharmaceutical industry in specialty therapeutic classes.
- Experience in Sales & Account management.
- Strong in customer engagement and the development of accounts business strategies.
- Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems (preferred).
- Keen interpersonal skills, including abilities to interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and to influence senior levels of management, key thought leaders, and customers.
- Growth mindset, negotiations & problem-solving skills, conflict management.
- Analytical & planning capabilities.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to understand how decisions fit into the broader context of corporate strategies.
- Technologically proficient (e.g., MS Office Suite, iPad).
- Availability to work based in Puerto Rico.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
