We have an exciting new job opportunity at our offices in Brussels and are looking to hire a HPV Lead.
Position Summary
As the HPV Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our Human Papillomavirus (HPV) franchise. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Your innovative thinking and collaborative spirit will help us deliver impactful health solutions that advance the prevention of HPV-related diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve franchise goals and objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of franchise initiatives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive the successful commercialization of our vaccine
Drive initiatives to activate and engage both healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare consumers (HCC) to ensure strong adoption of HPV vaccination
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, and advocacy groups
Monitor and manage franchise performance, including sales, Vaccines Coverage Rate (VCR) and profitability

Manage a team of 2 Brand and Customer Managers
Setting clear expectations and performance metrics to ensure alignment with the franchise's strategic goals
Offer regular feedback and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities
Foster an open and collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and effective problem-solving
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide support in achieving their objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing or commercial roles
Experience in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Dutch, French and English preferred
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Knowledge of HPV and related disease areas is a plus
Experience in consumer activation is a plus
