Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Customer Manager Vaccines (BCM) to join our Franchise Vaccines Bulgaria team. The BCM will play a pivotal role in identifying brand growth opportunities, setting portfolio priorities, and securing effective business plans within the country. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs that align with both global and local strategies.

The BCM will ensure launch excellence and readiness while optimizing existing business operations. Engaging with top customers across Bulgaria, the BCM will focus on improving patient health outcomes and delivering exceptional value to patients, payers, and physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the Brand Plan for Bulgaria, tracking progress against specific KPIs.
  • Forecasting: Create sales and expense forecasts, ensuring the implementation of approved action plans.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and customize promotional and non-promotional materials for the local market, including original content for various platforms.
  • Customer Solutions: Integrate activities and communication plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with support functions to conduct market analysis and gain customer insights.
  • Field Engagement: Conduct frequent field visits with Vaccines Sales representatives to liaise with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and gather market intelligence.
  • Promotional Optimization: Work closely with Sales representatives to assess and optimize the use of promotional materials.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Support the development of omnichannel promotional campaigns aligned with strategic plans and budgets.
  • Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to evolve digitally led campaigns tailored to customer needs.
  • Content Management: Project manage the content approval process with internal teams and digital agencies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the local market to understand the Customer Buying Process and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Commercial Meetings: Actively participate in commercial meetings, advocating for the omnichannel strategy.
  • Digital Performance: Define measurable goals for digital performance and utilize data analytics for continuous optimization.
  • Communication Channels: Evaluate and develop new communication channels.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Dentist preferred).
  • Experience: At least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in vaccines and product launches.
