Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for our product portfolio to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product usage.
- Identify and target potential clients in the veterinary and healthcare sectors to drive sales growth.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits to clients.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer needs, and industry trends, to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of veterinary or healthcare products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in Malay and English, both written and spoken.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
- Effectiveness of product presentations and demonstrations.
- Timeliness and quality of market analysis and reporting.
- Successful training and development initiatives for clients and internal teams.
