Position Overview
Role Management is a global team that interacts with all finance areas in local markets, Service Centers and contractors. The team has constant communication with Global Process Owners and SAP technical teams and oversees the access approval of finance employees to SAP system. The RM support end-users with access request queries related to missing access, new employee access configuration, mandatory trainings required for the different access profiles among other related queries to access.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain secure private and sensitive information of the company through access controls to technological systems following Corporate Policies.
- Achieve an adequate understanding of user’s job role to ensure that the level of access granted to SAP system is suitable to the nature of their main responsibilities.
- Analyze and understand each request received through SAP to reduce the risk of conflicts due to segregation of duties.
- Review and approve access request for all system in scope.
- Troubleshoot and solve email request for access issues: (Access Guidance, Missing Company Codes, Missing Transactions) for all systems in scope.
- Contribute with Continuous Improvement ideas and conduct at least 1 project at year.
- Participate in training sessions related to career path (SCRUM, Agile, Project Management etc.)
- Support the BAU by distributing daily queue for the team.
- Follow up on access rejections cases.
- Document new procedures and support with governance maintenance.
Education & Experience
- A minimum of five (2) years relevant work experience in Master Data, IT or Finance.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Systems) or business administration (Accounting, Finance, Business)
- SAP Experience intermediate to advance.
- Excel intermediate to advance.
- Broad understanding and knowledge of applicable business processes including end-to-end process use of data and lifecycle of data (creation to use to inactivation).

- Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Attention to details and accuracy focus.
- Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
