LEAD, BUSINESS INSIGHTS & ACTIVATION, HHDDA - Vietnam, Philippines & Region (Associate Director)
- Act as the primary point of contact for the market leadership teams for 2 cluster AP markets and the region (including Managing Directors, Business Unit Directors, Commercial Operations Directors including Product Managers and Commercial Operations Managers)
- Cooperates closely with the business and project managers in support of the realization of value through understanding of business needs and translating them into end-to-end delivery of appropriate DDA solutions; and manage stakeholder relationships and act as a single point of contact and understanding of to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service / support mechanisms to ensure effective use of DDA solutions
- Accelerates execution and value realization in markets through applying consulting expertise in specific value areas (Digital, Data & Analytics, or Customer Engagement, or Automation & Compliance).
- Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management. Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Manages of team of 2-3 Business Analysts who defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for initiatives in this market cluster. Facilitates input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective prioritization of requirements.

To be successful you will need to achieve 5 key objectives:
- Formulate market and franchise specific problem statement hypotheses in coordination with global, regional, and local teams.
- Partner to Consult with business teams to sieve the need vs want in business demand, towards application of digital, data analytics & innovation capabilities to solve for the problem statement
- Frame the need into demand & scope to enable the Capability teams (of Integrated Market Research, Forecasting & Visualisation, Applied Data Science, DDA Engineering, Omnichannel - HCP & Consumer, Marketing Transformation & Idea Studio Venture Capital Fund) to deliver the applied DDA solve on-time
- Most importantly, enable Customer Success by embedding & scaling DDA products in everyday operations so that they become business-as-usual
- And, continually enable change management by shaping mindsets & toolsets, in partnership with DDA Capability & Commercial teams to develop and implement applied DDA solutions
AP DDA is a part of Our company’s Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics (HH DDA) team. The HH DDA team spans over 80 markets across the globe and focuses on leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and advanced analytics techniques to enable data-driven decision making and innovation within the healthcare industry. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in ideating and implementing 0 to 1 strategies with an early stage / growth stage startup/ entrepreneurial mindset, and an innate joy to celebrate and learn from failures.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in leading P&L specialized in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, with subject matter expertise across Digital, Data Analytics, Innovation
- Deep understanding of Vietnam, Philippines & Region. Fluency in English both spoken and written, with an ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business recommendations backed by Structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor
- Capability to communicate, collaborate and drive adoption and change across a range of local, regional, and global functions, with the empathy and sensitivity for cultural differences and can rally teams to action and outcomes
- Strong project and people management skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and a get things done attitude
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or other-related disciplines; an MBA from an accredited university is preferred
