The Key Account Specialist (KAS) Vaccines is the Company’s key contact with all relevant stakeholders across the vaccines journey in his/her region (vaccinators, vaccines adoption influencers, pharmacists, regional wholesalers’ representatives, etc.). His/her mission is to promote assigned vaccines, raise assigned vaccines awareness and coverage on their designated territory in line with the marketing strategy and in alignment with all compliance procedures.
The KAS Vaccines reports to Team Lead Vaccines. The job holder has primary responsibility for the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives in order to meet the assigned plans and increase of Company vaccines awareness and coverage within his/her allocated area. He/she acts with a high degree of autonomy in providing high quality medical information and advice to customers, ability to deliver engaging and informative promotional presentations, reveals and act upon customers’ needs, leading the plan and organization of local events, gathering business and market insights and provide data-driven proposals for optimizing the opportunity potential in his/her region. The KAS Vaccines should be an expert on Company vaccines journey across his/her region. He/she is expected to drive vaccines journey gap resolutions proactively within his/her allocated area in close collaboration with his/her manager and other relevant functions.
Location of the position: Plovdiv City
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives, Company vaccines awareness and coverage in his/her area and for the achieving of quarterly and yearly target plans
- Responsible for establishing professional relationship and long-term partnership with the respective stakeholders and KOLs across his/her region
- Providing on label and high-quality promotional information to the customers
- Developing short and mid-term plans for his/her region and adapt readily to rapidly changing circumstances
- Planning, organizing and leading local events across his/her region. During these events to deliver promotional presentations in engaging and highly professional manner to promote product use and enhance the Company’s image in close collaboration with other functions (assistant, medical, marketing, etc.). The job holder also actively supports the CFT in the organization of national symposia as required
- By analyzing the available data in close collaboration with the Digital Data and Operations department to take data-driven decisions about her region on HCPs prioritization and future promotional opportunities and makes appropriate customer target submissions and recommendations to his/her manager
- Monitoring the wholesaler and retailer activity in his/her area to ensure timely availability of Company products to the customers
- Providing timely feedback to marketing on the impact of promotional literature and other marketing materials
- Ensuring that all reports to his/her direct manager are sent on time and actively participates in the cycle meetings
- Exchange of feedbacks with Commercial Lead, BCM, Market access and other peers
- Providing feedback to Medical Advisor to ensure relevant medical information to key customers is returned as needed
- Taking accountability to upgrade his/her professional skills through ongoing trainings, promotional literature and other relevant sources in order to remain up-to date on all matters pertaining to his/her professional responsibilities. Follow up on his/her individual development plan in close collaboration with his/her direct manager and make sure that all his/her development needs required for the job are discussed and met
- Under his/her responsibility assures highest ethical principles conducting Local law, SOPs and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum: University degree from accredited university, preferably Medical Doctor or Pharmacists
- Minimum: Relevant commercial experience in customer facing role within Pharma, in Vaccines
- Previous experience working with general practitioners and gynecologists a very big plus
- Language: Bulgarian and English proficiency and understanding
- Strong medical and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of regional market, customers and vaccines journey
- Strategic, analytical and very good administrative skills
- Problem Solving and ability to take data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Influencing/Negotiation skills: Ability to understand both internal and customer perspectives
- Customer Orientation: Proactively identifies and anticipates customer requirements, expectations, and needs. Demonstrates a strong desire to help customers make their business successful.
