Role Description:

We’re looking for a high-potential intern to join the Adult Vaccine Marketing team at Our Company. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, digital content, social media, and cross-functional event coordination – across both consumer and HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support execution of marketing campaigns: preparation, administrative support, onsite assistance, and post-activity reporting

2. Assist in managing social media & content calendar: reviewing, coordinating, and posting across platforms including Veeva

3. Involve in digital storytelling and visual documentation for our signature initiatives such as NgobrolinHPV Wall of Fame

4. Contribute to internal newsletters and post-event recaps (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)

5. Assist with promo material QC, delivery, and vendor arrangement for offline events

KPIs

• 100% readiness before D-3 of campaign
• > 90% support satisfaction score
• On-time content posting
• Report delivery within 5 working days

Candidate Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations Fresh graduates from a top 5 local or reputable international university are welcome."
• Passionate about marketing, branding, and campaign innovation
• Active experience in student leadership, freelance/event projects, or part-time work
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), adaptable, detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and creative tools like Canva or Adobe
