WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sales Role
- Responsible for promoting the Company's products to medical professionals in government/private sectors
- Sharing and educating product information, convince in delivering promotional messages, increase disease awareness, answer queries, provide advice and solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts
- Performs the calls on assigned territory at specific frequency to drive sales achievement and KPIs
- Identifying and establishing new business collaborations with HCP/Strategic Partners
- Organize and implement promotion activities like small group presentation, group product discussions, public awareness program and onsite vaccination activities etc.
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to suggest initiatives to support growth of business and execute product promotional messages
- Seek Market Intelligence to understand the industry
- Writing reports and other document
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6+ years of sales experience, with exposure to cardiology therapeutic area in pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines
- Creative, Organized, Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
- HK region HA/ HCP/ GP customer management is a plus.
