POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Patient Access Specialist serve as key contact point from our company for patient access initiatives/ program. He/ she is responsible for HCP adoption, account management and monitoring the implementation Patient Access Program for our company products in accordance with approved/licensed product labeling. Reporting to the Patient Access & Process Excellence Lead, the Patient Access Specialist will ensure the successful operation of the patient access program at assigned territories. The role involves collaboration with internal, external stakeholders and compliance oversight.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Customers / stakeholders management
- Develop customer management planning, including but not limited to customer profiling, territories analysis, process mapping, engagement planning & tracking
- Build adoption and handle queries of targeted HCPs on PAP program with content, reach, frequency as per approved communication plan
- Engage & build endorsement with senior stakeholders at territories (board of director, key opinion leader, program owner, department head…)
- Conduct approved activities to ensure effective communication HCPs
- Be in close connection & foster collaboration among internal (field force & office team) & external stakeholders (hospital, program partner…)
Program execution & management
- Lead all aspects of change management process at assigned territories for program
- Follow-up documentation process, regulatory & compliance requirement to endure seamless operation at territories
- Monitor field implementation staff from vendors to ensure all operation of program in hospitals being executed as per re-designed E2E process and our company SOP/policies.
- Address programs implementation issues proactively, feedback for Program Owner in improvement of current PAP operation process and input for development of new component or new programs
- Monitor program performance metrics and drive for improvement
Insight generation
- Liaise with hospital key stakeholders getting input/feedback to support other operations such as hospitals contract, FOC delivery and management.

- Involve in planning of future initiatives/ program, though integrate field insight with product strategy & program direction
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
Education:
- Graduate from pharmaceutical, medicine universities or related academic backgrounds
Desired experience:
- Customer-facing experiences, raging from sales, market access & tender, account management…preferably in Pharmaceutical MNC
- Experience with hospital process
- Experience with oncology, specialty care & rare diseases, as well as patient support programs is a plus but not compulsory
