The Brand Customer Manager (BCM) is part of a diverse and very dynamic marketing team. The BCM plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the marketing strategy for our oncology portfolio. The BCM acts as the central link between the brand strategy and customer engagement efforts, ensuring that scientific excellence, commercial innovation and customer centricity are embedded in all initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Digital, Regulatory and Global teams to ensure successful brand planning and execution.

Key Activities:

  • Develops in collaboration with the cross functional team the Brand Plan and follows up on execution/accomplishment of strategic objectives
  • Designs personalized customer engagement strategies focused on key customer personas and behavioral change
  • Develops sales and expenses forecasting and follows up implementation of approved plan
  • Develops relevant material and programs, customizes global and regional materials to be appropriate to local market
  • Develops digital projects (e.g., omnichannel campaigns) and apply agile principles to lead the cross-functional team in delivering impactful solutions
  • Collaborates with support functions to conduct market analysis
  • Ensure all activities adhere to compliance, ethics, and regulatory standards

This is an office based position that may require occasional travel within Greece.

Candidate Profile:

  • MSc or/and MBA is recommended
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Pharma in sales and marketing positions. Experience in brand management is required, including also experience in Oncology field
  • Strong skills in strategic planning with hands-on execution ability, data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities & external oriented
  • Innovative & growth mindset, utilizing a test and learn approach to develop and refine strategic imperatives, tactics, measurable deliverables and return on investment
  • Ability to work in ambiguity with flexible/adaptable/agile ways of working
  • Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Collaborative committed and self-motivated personality
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Experience in Omnichannel Capabilities and Campaigns will be considered an asset
  • Commitment to business ethics and integrity
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English
