The Talent Acquisition Specialist, University Relations plays a key role in our company’s Future Talent Program and reports into the Associate Director, University Relations. The ideal candidate would have a strong talent acquisition and university recruiting focus, the ability to handle competing priorities, and the capability to build and maintain integral client relationships both internally and externally.

Key Activities Will Include

• Owning the entirety of the future talent recruiting and selection process, from requisition creation through offer acceptance and onboarding for the assigned client group(s).

• Interfacing directly with internal stakeholders and client groups to advise on strategy, best practices, and benchmarking the external market in consultation with the Senior Specialist.

• Liaising with assigned campus partners, career services offices, student organizations, other key external stakeholders and partners.

• Working in close partnership with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and divisional business leaders to align strategic priorities and ensure the company is well-positioned.

• Attending campus recruitment events and conferences.

• Supporting department-wide initiatives, projects, and efforts.

Required Experience

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 3-4 years of experience in a talent acquisition function or a bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in a talent acquisition function.

• Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking and presentation skills, and attention to detail.

• Previous applicant tracking experience (Workday preferred).

• Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Ability to travel up to 35% during peak times (contingent on health & safety protocols).

Preferred Experience

• Prior candidate relationship management (CRM) experience (PhenomPeople preferred).

• Campus recruiting preferred.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or research & development.

• Previous university relations experience.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is

$77,700.00 - $122,300.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
