Job Description

The Brand & Customer Manager Vaccines (BCM) is a pivotal role within the Vaccines Franchise Romania. This position is responsible for identifying brand growth opportunities, setting portfolio priorities, and securing effective business plans tailored to the Romanian market. The BCM will design, develop, and implement marketing programs that align with both global and local strategies, ensuring launch excellence and optimizing existing business operations.
The BCM will engage with top customers across the country to enhance patient health outcomes and collaborate closely with the Franchise Lead Vaccines and Medical Team to deliver a superior customer experience. This role is essential in establishing company as a trusted partner in the Vaccines sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the Brand Plan for Romania, tracking progress against specific KPIs.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create sales and expense forecasts, ensuring the implementation of approved action plans
  • Promotional Material Development: Design relevant promotional and non-promotional materials, customizing global and regional content for local markets
  • Customer Solutions Integration: Integrate MCM activities, communication plans, and customer-related projects to achieve strategic objectives
  • Market Research: Work with support functions to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
  • Field Engagement: Conduct frequent field visits, either independently or with Vaccines Key Account Managers (KAMs), to engage with stakeholders and gain insights into market dynamics
  • Promotional Material Assessment: Collaborate with Vaccines KAMs to evaluate the effectiveness of current promotional materials and programs

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (preferably Medical Doctor or Pharmacist)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for experience in vaccines and product launches
