Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Oversee: Direct all oncology business activities to ensure robust growth and market leadership.
Engage Stakeholders: Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to enhance the utilization of our innovative medicines.
Develop Talent: Attract, coach, and nurture diverse talent in your oncology team and the broader cross-functional team, promoting a culture of engagement and inclusion.
Strategic Insight: Analyze market environments and business drivers to develop effective strategies and plans.
Launch Leadership: Ensure readiness and successful launch of oncology pipeline products, providing commercial leadership throughout the process.
Performance Management: Oversee forecasting, resource allocation, and P&L management to meet financial commitments.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align teams around strategic objectives to achieve desired business outcomes.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to enhance customer engagement and drive improved business outcomes.
Cultivate Curiosity: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the team.
Compliance: Uphold company values and ensure compliance across all functions.
What You Will Need:
Experience: More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong strategic and financial acumen, including P&L management.
Leadership: A collaborative leader adept at empowering teams and navigating change.
Strong emotional intelligence and analytical competence with foresight for realizing opportunities and risks.
Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship-building skills with scientific leaders and stakeholders.
Team Management: Proven success in recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse talent.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience managing diverse teams and workstreams effectively.
Strategic Development: A track record of developing strategies and delivering business outcomes.
Network Building: Experience collaborating across complex organizations and markets.
Industry Knowledge: knowledge of the Danish healthcare environment and oncology/hematology is preferrable.
Language: working proficiency in Danish, fluency in English.
