Job Description

The goal of the position is to protect children and adults from different types of cancer and invasive pneumococcal diseases through driving vaccination in key accounts and region to achieve business target. Builds external and internal relationships with key stakeholders and develop projects that respond to customers and business needs. Key Account Specialist reports to the Sales Manager Vaccines Business Unit. Mainly supporting Middle Slovak region.

Key Responsibility

  • Actively participates in account “diagnosis” and segmentation
  • Develops account by account action plans in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders and coordinates the related activities implementation.
  • Drive implementation of National immunization plan in regional settings
  • Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers by close collaboration with regional experts, local medical associations, municipalities, pharmacy association, schools etc.
  • Defines and reaches measurable goals and KPIs.
  • Leverages resources within our company to deliver the best results to the key account.
  • Implement key account programs
  • Collaborates with BCM, back-office functions to ensure that appropriate solutions and personnel are deployed to deliver a consistent desired customer experience.
  • Shares information about clients and activities through the active use of the existing CRM system.
  • Establishes a high degree of credibility with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, veterinary or related life sciences
  • Experience working in a similar role min. 2 years is a must
  • Experience with vaccines and/or working with pediatricians is an advantage
  • English language is an advantage
  • Driving license
