We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Commercial Excellence Lead at our site in Boxmeer. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative commercial strategies for our swine/poultry and LeeO portfolio, collaborating closely with the Intensive Livestock team to enhance our impact in the Animal Health sector.

This role is crucial for driving commercial strategies and nurturing relationships with key customers in the Intensive Livestock sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that enhance our offerings. Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the swine/poultry and LeeO portfolio that align with Animal Health's priorities and objectives, while identifying market opportunities and trends to promote innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders understanding their requirements to provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations and animal health outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to explore innovative partnerships within the animal health ecosystem, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership goals.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying potential commercial opportunities, expanding market share, and establishing performance metrics to regularly review progress against targets.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Animal Health products and solutions to customers and partners, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Your profile

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions and prepare reports for senior management on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of the animal health sector.
  • Proven experience in commercial roles within the animal health or agricultural sectors, demonstrating a track record of successfully driving sales and developing market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the animal health ecosystem, including key stakeholders, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations, enabling effective decision-making and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies that align with organizational goals, showcasing innovative thinking and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, combined with strong analytical capabilities and experience in market analysis to inform business decisions and drive performance.
