Our Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) team is dedicated to delivering innovation that improves and extends the lives of PH patients worldwide.
We are continually striving to improve to serve our patients best. Our site in 1100 Vienna (ICON Tower) is a location displaying our high quality and innovative health care products, as well as digitally integrated solutions for our patients and clients. It is an office for approx. 150 employees at our Vienna site.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Lead - Pulmonary Hypertension (m/f/d) in a full-time and regular position.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of the local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on m customer insights and market analysis
Participation in regional brand meetings, understanding and translation of the global product strategy into local priorities and a local integrated business plan
Development of digital campaigns, initiatives and materials in strong cooperation with our digital and data department
Support of sales teams with the help of an excellent franchise strategy as well as as excellent marketing material.
Field visits to obtain market feedback or individual visits with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs
Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses
Allocating resources and managing budgets
Participating in or leading cross functional workstreams of various natures
This position includes leading 1 or 2 direct reports
Creating an environment based on trust, un-waivered ethics & integrity, and open & honest communication
Qualifications & Experience:
University Degree in business or life sciences from accredited university
Experience in Product Management and/or Marketing, ideally in prescription market segment
Excellent budget management competency
Excellent power point and excel skills
Agile & project management skills as well as digital effectiveness
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral in German and English)

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 61.300,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
