Job Description

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

Strategic management:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies to enhance HCP interaction and education.
  • Analyse market trends and HCP needs to inform digital content and engagement tactics.

Communication management:

  • Oversee the HPV Academy website, ensuring it is a valuable resource for HCPs with up-to-date content, educational materials, and interactive features.
  • Manage the digital app strategy such as Zalo app for HCP engagement, including content creation, user experience optimization, and analytics tracking.
  • Foster community building among HCPs through targeted campaigns and interactive features on the app.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital engagement strategies using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

KOL Collaboration:

  • Identify and engage with KOLs to amplify our digital initiatives and enhance credibility within the HCP community.
  • Coordinate KOL-led webinars, discussions, and content contributions to drive engagement and knowledge sharing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall HCP experience.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Pharma & healthcare, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 03 years of experience in HCP engagement, digital marketing, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools, particularly in the context of HCP engagement.
  • Proven experience in managing websites and mobile applications, with a focus on user experience and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to HCP engagement in the healthcare sector.
