Vaccines Sales Team in Poland is looking for highly motivated and committed candidate for the role of
VACCINE CUSTOMER SPECIALIST
Placed in Toruń and surroundings city in Poland
Selected candidate will be responsible for the promotion of our company Vaccines portfolio, consisting of highly innovative products preventing spreading of serious infectious diseases. Vaccine Customer Specialist will be expected to:
- establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (Medical Doctors, Nurses, Vaccination centers)
- provide expert support to the HCPs in the area of diseases prevention through vaccination with our company vaccines, to ensure customer satisfaction
- deliver sales objectives as per allocated budget
- act in accordance with our high ethical standards
Required qualifications:
- Min 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Rx business (experience in vaccines or pediatricians will be an asset)
- Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- University degree (preferably life science or business)
- Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
- Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
- A team player, but also able to work autonomously in the field
- Good planning and organization, analysis and problem solving, creative thinking
- Competent presentation skills
- Willingness to keep learning
- Communicative level of English - must understand and be able to express him/herself verbally and in writing
- PC literacy - competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) in particular and IT assets in general
- Driving license [B category]
Main responsibilities of selected candidates will be as follows:
- Planning activities within the allocated territory based on marketing strategy and in close cooperation with the supervisor; creating and implement robust Territory Action Plan in order to achieve sales objectives, in strict compliance with our procedures and ethical standards
- Managing professional interactions with targeted customers that are meaningful, up to date, scientifically valuable and relevant to each individual customer (customized/tailored), based upon understanding of the customers’ needs.
- Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and using recommended promotional messages to adequately support sales calls; these will include various communication channels management (Omnichannel)
- Timely handling of the administrative tasks such as capturing call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM system, expense reports, adverse event reports, etc
