Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Omnichannel Engagement Manager to join our team and act as a key partner for our supported business lines. This role is pivotal in driving integrated marketing efforts across multiple channels, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our customers. You will work closely with business owners, marketing teams, and digital experts to orchestrate omnichannel strategies that enhance brand presence and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Planning & Advocacy: Partner with business lines to support marketing planning at both brand and campaign levels, providing expert guidance and advocacy to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Omnichannel Communication Orchestration: Coordinate and align communication efforts across diverse channel mixes, including face-to-face visits, digital campaigns, events, and more, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
  • Digital Expertise & Execution: Provide insights and hands-on support in digital marketing activities, including the implementation and adoption of new marketing tools. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support business users in leveraging these technologies effectively.
  • Priority Focus: Primary focus on Vaccines (G9) business line. Secondary support for Corporate and other Vaccines business lines, contingent on capacity.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand and Campaign Managers (BCMs) to develop and align digital marketing strategies with face-to-face plans. Participate actively in planning, budgeting, target setting, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Content Strategy Consulting: Guide content strategy while ensuring content production and approvals are led by the relevant Business Owner.
  • Marketing Technology Implementation: Support the deployment and business adoption of key marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, customer feedback solutions, and website management tools.
  • Digital Advertising & Media: Provide consultancy and support for digital advertising and media activities to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • KPI Mapping & Analysis: Work alongside Data Analysts and BCMs to define and monitor KPIs for campaigns and marketing plans.
  • Innovation & Channel Development: Identify new digital channel opportunities and advise on their implementation to continuously enhance omnichannel engagement.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in the company’s Agile working environment to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Support the digital upskilling of local team members by organizing training sessions such as lunch and learn workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, digital engagement, or related roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, and customer engagement tools.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business lines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
