Job Description

The Brand and Customer Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive preparation of the local Israeli market and the company's operational framework in anticipation of entering new therapeutic areas including vaccines and other therapeutic areas.

This role involves developing work plans pre-product launches and launches, leading CFT in AGILE enviourment, innovative mindset to overcome challenges leading to launch excellence while being proactive, initiative-driven, creative, and possess a positive mindset.

The Brand and Customer Manager will be responsible for leading market preparation processes and the actual launch of products- short term focus will be in vaccines. This role encompasses not only the preparation for the launch but also the management of pre-launch activities

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Leadership of Forecasts: Emphasize the importance of preparing and leading forecasts, while collaborating with colleagues from local, regional and global management.
  • Develop and implement strategic work plans for product launches, including in-depth market analysis, Identify and leverage market opportunities
  • Strong and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the year, including Access, Medical, and Regulatory departments
  • The ability to manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on a national and global scale is essential
  • Facilitate strategic collaborations with global teams
  • Engage in key stakeholder management and build strong relationships within the healthcare system (Sickfunds, MOH etc.)
  • Marketing Plan Development: Create marketing strategies to promote products, including market analysis, identifying target audiences, and generating marketing content. Lead the development of marketing strategies and promotional plans to ensure successful product launches
  • Map the market across all relevant dimensions, including patient journeys, competition, and marketing messages
  • Work with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and agile environment
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Budget Management: Responsible for creating and managing the budget allocated for products, including tracking and reporting expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Depth of Knowledge and Scientific Understanding: A high level of scientific understanding is required, with the ability to shape the ecosystem and lead significant changes in therapeutic paradigms across various fields
  • Experience in product management and product launches
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments
  • Strong strategic vision and analytical skills Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in driving strategic collaborations within the healthcare system
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs
