ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and evaluate Business Unit needs by leveraging business and industry knowledge, translate these needs to execution of analytics and insight solution.
- Responsible for (leading the team of) building and sharing reports and dashboards in customer engagement, sales behaviors, customer insights, and digital campaigns performance.
- Responsible for defining a comprehensive measurement framework and provide recommendations for enhancement
- Understand how to help sales force to improve their effectiveness empowered by digital metrics and insights to improve customer experience & coverage.
- Leverage the expertise in data analysis and visualization tools to recommend and implement the best solutions for solving specific business problems
- Work closely with digital platform owners to ensure data quality, structure and consistence is well suited for required analysis needs.
- Success in the role is demonstrated by the ability to collaborate with business units, I&A, IT and drive improved digital customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Data Science, Marketing or related disciplines. Overseas education or working experience is preferred.
- 7-10 year’s work experience in Data, BI, Analytics and Insight in MNC, focus but not limited in Customer, Business or Market areas.
- Strong strategic & analytical thinking, business-oriented mindset married with an entrepreneurial approach to getting things done is critical.
- Ability to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers Ability to explain/present complicated analytical methodology and result
- Experience in Data Analysis, Visualization and reporting, developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View or similar tools
- High level of attention to detail
- Mature, strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners. Ability to communicate information to stakeholders at all levels in an effective and courteous manner
- Team working capability with cross functional departments, leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
