Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Media insights/social listening: enhance capability of driving in-depth and actionable media insights powered by cutting-edge AI techniques, with integrated/centralized data sources of tracking on mass / news media, social conversations and sentiment; deliver value-adding and scalable use cases with business needs and priorities; support and actively explore innovative solutions/tools/techniques to further benefit media tracking with efficiency and comprehensiveness;
- Campaign effectiveness and attribution: strengthen consumer campaign effectiveness tracking framework/mechanism, with close cooperation with global team; standardize marketing attribution as key measurement module, and ensure timely delivery on modeling output and business interpretation / application;
- Cross-team collaboration: partner with BE BP, Data Science, IT teams and BU key stakeholders etc., as well as potentially external agencies, to ensure cohesive and compliant insight / report delivery against defined objectives and goals;
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or other related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing/advertising, market intelligence or analytics/data solution function, with proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and 0-1 initiatives;
- Strong product mindset and data analytics skills: hands on experiences of data analysis (statistical modeling preferred), and capable of addressing business questions via facts, insights and recommendations;
- Language: fluency in English and Mandarin;
- Great communication skills and cultural leadership, resilience and work with agility.
