Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives within our Oncology Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a passion for oncology and a proven track record of driving product growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for oncology products, aligned with business goals and market needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regional & Global teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and positioning.

• Conduct market research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and adoption.

• Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all marketing activities.

• Represent the Business Unit at industry conferences, advisory boards, and stakeholder meetings.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to optimize marketing performance

• Ability to travel as needed

• High command of English and Turkish (written and spoken)
