Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee engagement, boost performance, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing talent development, and aligning HR strategies with our business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication
  • Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
  • Oversee performance review processes and development programs to drive employee growth and productivity
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational success
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the facility

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 4 years in the manufacturing sector
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability in coaching and mentoring employees and managers
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and execution
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Strong influencing skills to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-in

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
