该职位主要负责华东区肺癌的区域推广，核心职责和能力要求如下：

核心职责：

1.区域推广策略与计划执行: 深入理解中央市场部策略，结合区域市场特性制定并执行区域推广计划
2.推广活动管理与落地: 策划与执行区域内各类学术推广活动，管理推广材料，讲者与KOL管理
3.销售团队支持与协同: 提供产品知识培训，参与重要客户拜访
4.推广预算管理: 制定并监控推广活动预算
5.市场信息收集与反馈: 收集竞争产品动态、客户反馈和销售团队反馈，并同步给中央市场部
6.合规管理: 确保所有推广活动及材料严格遵守合规政策和法律法规
7.团队协作: 与中央市场部、区域医学顾问、市场准入同事及各部门保持顺畅沟通
