Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of this role are:
- Work as a key member to drive the simplification/automation initiative within the FP&A pillar and support FP&A Pillar leads to drive effective, standardized and simplified reporting for AP region and markets including continuous improvements on APAC dashboards;
- Coordinate the work in the KL COE team, including providing needed guidance and support to the COE team members, driving optimization initiatives on centralized activities and market support models
- Drive the implementation/enhancement of various automated performance tracking: monthly P&L reporting, franchise reporting, in-market performance through Power BI or other automation tools
- Lead the monthly latest estimate process for sales and provide consolidated views for management review
- Responsible for all process related to price volume analysis
- Support regular deliverables for regional FP&A team, such as consolidation of reports, templates and preparation of presentation deck to management
- Support regional FP&A team during forecast cycles on market consolidation and key HHI deliverables
- Work as finance business partner for Winrevair and Lagevrio
- Support regional team on financial simulation and analysis for Business Development projects
- Lead or facilitate FP&A better practice sharing across markets and regions
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred; Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
- Preferably more than 5 years of relevant experience, with FP&A experience mandatory
- Experience in using reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices is preferred
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and experience with BPC and SAP highly desired
- Strong project management skills and experience of managing automation or simplification projects is preferred
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Innovative mindset and strong desire to challenge status quo
- Strong leadership and ability to drive changes and process improvements
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
